This project involved the end-to-end design and deployment of a production-grade AI-driven real estate recommendation agent. The system functions as a 24/7 digital real estate consultant, capable of understanding nuanced client preferences and delivering accurate, data-backed property recommendations in real time.

The solution was architected to reduce manual lead qualification, improve response speed, and maintain enterprise-level data integrity while supporting omni-channel deployment across web and messaging platforms.

Project Objectives (SMART)

• Data Integrity: Index a proprietary residential listing database into a RAG pipeline with less than a 1% hallucination rate on critical property attributes (pricing, school districts, amenities).
• Lead Efficiency: Reduce manual time spent on initial client discovery by at least 70% through automated, multi-turn persona analysis.
• System Integration: Achieve full bi-directional API integration with Google Maps (commute intelligence) and Calendly (appointment scheduling) by the end of Month 4.
• Omni-Channel Presence: Deploy a fully functional AI agent across Web, WhatsApp, and WeChat by project completion.

Success Metrics

• Response Latency: Property recommendations delivered in under 5 seconds.
• Lead Conversion: Minimum 25% of automated conversations result in a scheduled viewing via Calendly.
